Lisa has been a real estate professional for over 18 years with experience as a real estate sales professional, branch manager and trainer.
She has had the opportunity to be licensed and train in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida. Lisa's training experience includes teaching prelicense courses, post licensing courses, broker prelicensing courses and continuing education courses for her own real estate school and others. As a trainer for some of the nation's top real estate companies, Lisa's greatest personal enjoyment is training both new and experienced associates in the systems and methods that will provide these individuals in the most developing their careers

Power of the Pen
Learn to effectively write a Listing Agreement and a Sales Contract. Both the FAR and the FAR/BAR will be reviewed as well as all addenda. Understand when certain addenda should be attached to a contract and the difference of handling the contracts when working for the buyer vs. working for the seller. This 3 hour program can help you get the deal closed!
